In 2006, he graduated from Kyiv National University of Internal Affairs, specializing in Law. In 2009 he graduated from Kyiv Institute of Investment Management in the field of ‘Management of Organizations‘. In 2013, he was awarded the Master Degree with Honours in Jurisprudence by the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law Academy of Ukraine.
Since 2006, he was employed as Legal Advisor by enterprises and institutions of various property forms.
Since 2010, he was engaged in private law practice.
On August 30, 2012, he was awarded the Lawyer’s Certificate No.4990/10.
In 2014, he founded Legal Advisor Law Office of Andrii Levkovets.
In 2016, he joined as a partner, Shevchuk & Partners Law Firm, and, as associated partner, the Gentls Law Firm.
Since December 15, 2017, he became a partner at Barristers Lawyers Association.
