EDUCATION

In 2009, he was awarded the Master of Law Degree by the Odessa National Law Academy (today the National University Odessa Law Academy), Speciality: Jurisprudence.

educational experience

In 2006, he was employed by Fakivets Limited Liability Company as an Assistant Director for Legal Affairs.

On July 01, 2008, he was transferred to the position of Chief Legal Officer, where he had worked until October 31, 2010.

In 2010, he was appointed to the position of Assistant Judge in the Kominternivskyi District Court in the Odessa Oblast. In 2011, he became a co-founder of ‘Legal Office Principle‘ Private Enterprise.

 In October 2012, he was awarded the Lawyer’s Certificate No. 2414 on the basis of Resolution taken by Odessa Oblast Qualification and Disciplinary Commission for Lawyers Qualification.

Since December 15, 2017, he became a partner at Barristers Lawyers Association.

DURING HIS PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY, HE BECAME A MEMBER of THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS:

On October 24, 2012, he became a member of Odessa Regional Bar Association. He is still its member.

FOR HIS LAWYER’S ACTIVITY DURING 2014-2017 HE HAS BEEN AWARDED WITH:

- NALU Gratitude Letter for promoting and strengthening of advocacy in Ukraine, and for his diligent and fruitful work aimed at protecting constitutional rights of citizens and strengthening the rule of law, and for his high professionalism and continuous improvement of lawyer’s skills;

- Letter of Honour, issued by the Head of the Lawyers’ Council in Odessa Oblast, for his honest work, high professionalism, and significant contribution to promoting the rule of law principle and on occasion of the Day of Advocacy in the year 2014;

- Gratitude Letter issued by the Ukrainian Bar Association for his participation, as a judge, in ‘Master of Judicial Speech‘, the XI All-Ukrainian Competition, held in Odessa on November 21-22, 2015;

- Certificate issued by the Council of Lawyers of Kyiv City and Centre for Internship and Advance Training for Lawyers, for his participation in ‘Development of the Legal System of Ukraine. The Place and Role of Advocacy‘, the Third International Law Advocacy Forum held on July 2, 2016.
