Set of procedural actions committed by competent
law enforcement agencies in connection with the commitment of a crime.
One of the main courses of action of Lawyers Association is the legal assistance in criminal proceedings.
Criminal proceedings are one of the most difficult areas of the lawyer's activity where he or she takes the most responsibility. The lawyer carries out immediate defense of a person, his liberties, the future. However, the lawyer conducting a defense proceeding is opposed by the whole system of state authorities, who, in most cases, are biased and prejudices in their actions. The lawyer is shouldered with a huge responsibility, and therefore huge requirements and standards for such activities.
Our lawyers have a huge positive experience and practice of defense in different categories of criminal cases.
During the years of practice our lawyers have taken and continue to participate in many resonant criminal cases. However, we never put the standards of our work in resonant cases higher than in cases that have not acquired resonance. Since every case, every client, every person who needs our help is equally important to us and we, with all our dedication and fervor, are protecting them.
We will not talk more about ourselves, since our cases speak about us and our actions is our reputation ...
The peculiarity of civil cases is the presence of at least one
private subject among the participants.
Despite the fact that the main focus of our activities is the provision of legal assistance in criminal proceedings, however, for the most complete defense and representation of our clients’ interests, lawyers of Barristers Lawyers Association work in the field of civil law as well.
Civil law is intended to regulate the vast majority of relations between citizens, legal entities and other subjects of civil legal relations.
As a rule these relationships arise at the will of their participants, who themselves determine the content of such relationships, as well as the specifics of their change or termination.
However, it should be noted that not all citizens are able to correctly interpret the content of certain provisions of the law, to draw up an agreement with the counterparty (e.g, lease, purchase, sale, supply, contract) in the way that in the future there would be no negative legal consequences when they are changed/terminated, timely enter into the inheritance, or to understand how much each of the spouses shall have during the property division.
It should be noted that the lawyers of our association are specialists with significant work experience and a large number of clients not only in civil cases, but also in its subdivisions and areas, such as: Hereditary, Family and Land Law. They also continuously raise their level of knowledge in a new and progressive areas such as IT Law.
Therefore, in order to solve these and other issues, to represent interests in court, in public establishments, local self-government bodies and in private institutions, it is advisable to involve a competent lawyer, whom you can find at Barristers Lawyers Association.
