On March 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a discussion accredited by the National Bar Association of Ukraine will take place on the topic LHS DH “Criminal Justice Reform: Assessing Effectiveness.” We will discuss the personnel overhaul of the prosecutor’s office, effective investigations into financial and economic crimes, mechanisms to prevent unlawful detentions, and procedural changes to address the issue of law enforcement agencies’ compliance with human rights.
