ON JULY 5, 2019, LEGAL ADVISORS FROM BARRISTERS, LLC, ATTORNEYS IRYNA HLOVYUK AND MYKOLA PASHKOVSKYI PARTICIPATED IN A ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ENTITLED “DISCUSSION OF THE REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF A SURVEY OF PARTICIPANTS IN COURT PROCEEDINGS REGARDING THEIR SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FUNCTIONINGOF COURTS”

On July 5, 2019, a roundtable discussion titled “Discussion of the Report on the Results of a Survey of Participants in Court Proceedings Regarding Their Satisfaction with the Quality of Court Operations” was held, organized by the USAID “New Justice” Program, the non-governmental organization “International Development Foundation,” and the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. The roundtable was attended by judges, court administrators, and court staff from courts located in Odesa, heads of territorial divisions of the State Judicial Administration, and a representative of the USAID “New Justice” Program, as well as members of the working group from the NGO “International Development Foundation,” who conducted the survey and prepared the analytical report.

The event discussed the results of a survey of participants in court proceedings regarding their satisfaction with the quality of the courts’ operations in the Odesa region.

The expert discussion was attended by Mykola Pashkovsky, a legal advisor at the “Barristers” Law Firm, attorney, Candidate of Legal Sciences, and associate professor, who, as an expert on legal issues, a participant in the project “Survey of Participants in Court Proceedings Regarding Their Satisfaction with the Quality of Court Operations in the Odesa and Mykolaiv Regions,” delivered a presentation titled “Planning Next Steps Based on the Study’s Findings,” as well as Iryna Hlovyuk, counsel at the “Barristers” Law Firm, attorney, Doctor of Law, and associate professor.
