On November 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., as part of the Legal High School’s Criminal Practice Program, an intensive workshop will be held on the topic of evidentiary issues.

Practice leaders will discuss effective collection of defense evidence, as well as how to build a defense strategy for businesses, during the “Issues of Evidence” intensive.

Specifically, the following topics will be covered:
✔️ Provocation or controlled monitoring of a crime? Walking the line
✔️ ECHR case law on violations of the presumption of innocence through high-profile statements by high-ranking officials
✔️ The subject matter of proof in civil forfeiture
claims ✔️ Psychological and linguistic expert analyses as sources of information in corruption and official misconduct cases
