Iryna Hlovyuk, attorney and research advisor at BARRISTERS LLC, participated in a roundtable discussion on the topic: “Current Challenges in the Work of the High Anti-Corruption Court” organized by the High Anti-Corruption Court and the OSCE Project Coordinator, and delivered a presentation on “The Issue of Returning Indictments in the Practice of the High Anti-Corruption Court”

Current challenges in the work of the High Anti-Corruption Court, effective cooperation and dialogue between anti-corruption agencies, representatives of the legislature, the legal profession, and society, as well as on eradicating and preventing corruption and achieving zero tolerance for it, were discussed during a roundtable held in Kyiv on September 30.

The event was held for the second time as part of the joint project “Promoting Efficiency and Cooperation in the Administration of Justice” with the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.
