Attorneys from the “Barristers” Law Firm are calling on prosecutors from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to provide investigators with additional materials related to criminal proceeding No. 42016000000003712 dated November 28, 2016, in accordance with Part 2 of Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

Lawyers from the “Barristers” Law Firm, who are representing People’s Deputy Boryslav Solomonovych Rosenblat, have received new exculpatory evidence in criminal case No. 42016000000003712 dated November 28, 2016.

The parties to the criminal proceedings are required to disclose to one another any additional materials obtained before or during the trial (Part 11 of Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine).

In accordance with Part 11 of Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the attorneys of the “Barristers” Law Firm—defense counsel for People’s Deputy Borislav Solomonovich Rosenblatt, Oleksiy Shevchuk, Denis Ponomarenko, Andriy Levkovets, and Kostyantyn Hloba, are summoning the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office to the Odesa office of the “Barristers” Law Firm (Odesa, Yasna St., 12, Office 10) to review new (additional) materials in criminal proceeding No. 42016000000003712 dated November 28, 2016, (disclosure of additional materials by the defense to the prosecution).
