Lawyers announced the establishment of a new joint-stock company, “Barristers.”

On December 15, 2017, as a result of the merger of JSC “Ponomarenko & Partners” and JSC “Shevchuk & Partners,” the unified law firm “Barristers” was established.

The team includes attorneys such as Denis Ponomarenko, Oleksiy Shevchuk, Kostyantyn Hloba, Andriy Levkovets, Ilya Novikov, and other attorneys.

Yesterday, December 15, as part of the official presentation marking the launch of the “Barristers” Law Firm, attorneys Denis Ponomarenko and Oleksiy Shevchuk served as speakers at the VII AAU Winter Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure in Kyiv.

The topics of their presentations focused on tactical defense issues during the pre-trial investigation stage, as well as the realities of extradition. The team’s primary area of specialization remains criminal law and procedure.
