The "Barristers" Law Firm will serve as a partner for the "Lawyer of the Year 2019" awards ceremony

Recognition within the legal community is a must-have today, whether for companies, organizations, or individuals. In carrying out their duties, attorneys do not expect applause or awards; their goal is to fulfill their calling—to protect their clients.

However, the country’s legal landscape depends on every participant, which is why it is important to share the experience gained over a year of diligent work with colleagues. After all, it is precisely the assessment of the successes and significance of lawyers’ practice, along with an analysis of the achievements over the past year, that helps to identify the direction of development in the country and highlight the best representatives of the profession.

Therefore, continuing this tradition, the Ukrainian Bar Association is holding the much-loved and eagerly anticipated All-Ukrainian Independent Public Competition “Lawyer of the Year” in 2019.

The competition consists of three stages:
1. Submission of applications by nominees—from April 5 to August 5, 2019.
2. Online voting—from September 10 to September 20, 2019.
3. Awards ceremony, following the approval of the online voting results and the selection of finalists – October 4, 2019 (Hyatt Regency Hotel, Kyiv).

To participate in the competition, you must submit the appropriate application form and pay a charitable contribution of 500 UAH for processing. There is no limit to the number of nominations a single candidate may submit.

This year, there are 31 categories: 22 for attorneys and 9 for representatives of the legal community.
