The Barristers Law Firm Strengthens Its Collaboration with the Notarial Community!

On October 16, with managing partner Constantine Globa and partner Andriy Yosypov in attendance, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Barristers Law Firm and the Kyiv Branch of the Notary Chamber of Ukraine.

The main goal of the memorandum is to strengthen cooperation in order to protect the rights and interests of notaries, particularly with regard to ensuring that third parties comply with the legally established guarantees for their professional activities.

Additionally, at the initiative of the Barristers law firm, a decision was made to develop and publish information on the official resources of the Kyiv Branch of the Notary Chamber of Ukraine regarding problematic aspects of notaries’ work. Particular attention will be paid to current trends in relations between the notarial profession and law enforcement agencies.

The attorneys at Barristers are focused on systemic changes and are ready to share their expertise to implement approaches aimed at strengthening the rule of law and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of members of the notarial community.
