The attorneys at Radzievsky & Partners LLP have participated in numerous high-profile criminal cases, defended officials of AKB “ARKADA” in a case involving charges of embezzlement of funds from construction financing funds, officials of a state-owned enterprise in the NABU case regarding “Kyoto funds,” and L.M. Chernovetskyi in the case regarding the “helicopter pad on Parkova Road in Kyiv.” The practice’s most recent success in litigation was the Kyiv Commercial Court’s annulment of two fines totaling 54 million hryvnias imposed by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) for alleged collusion in public tenders.
This decision was the result of our shared commitment to improving the quality of legal services and expanding our capabilities in protecting our clients’ interests.
