Barristers JSC announces the publication of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, accompanied by article-by-article commentary in the form of excerpts from rulings and orders of the Supreme Court (of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court and the Criminal Court of Cassation) and the Supreme Court of Ukraine as of February 1, 2019.

This handbook is the first printed publication to systematically organize judicial legal positions according to the articles of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
