BARRISTERS, JSC, AND GRISHCHENKO & PARTNERS, LLC, HAVE SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION

On September 14, 2018, Gryshchenko & Partners LLC and Barristers, JSC signed a memorandum of cooperation, marking the start of joint projects. The signing ceremony was attended by Natalia Boiko, Director of Gryshchenko & Partners LLC and attorney-at-law, as well as Denis Ponomarenko, Oleksiy Shevchuk, and Yuriy Zhovtan, partners at Barristers JSC.

The main goal of the cooperation is to expand business relations, improve the quality and efficiency of professional legal services, create the most comfortable conditions for clients, and develop the legal business for both the signatories to this Memorandum and other participants in the legal services market, striving to ensure clarity, transparency, and constructiveness in their relations and to achieve optimal results from this cooperation, and guided by the principle of the expediency of joining forces to achieve the set goals, have agreed to enter into this Memorandum of Cooperation.
