The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) considered the appeals filed by the defense and the prosecution against the HACC investigating judge’s ruling of September 11, 2025, regarding the imposition of a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 100 million hryvnias.

It should be noted that the prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office had requested that the court impose a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of 300 million hryvnias. Following the hearing, the panel of judges left the ruling unchanged.

According to the businesswoman and her defense attorneys, she has no intention of evading the investigation and plans to prove her innocence regarding the alleged offenses during the ongoing pretrial investigation.
