Barristers are providing legal assistance to the families of fallen reconnaissance soldiers who were the first to bring the war into Russian territory
Barristers are providing legal assistance to the family members of the soldiers who died on December 25, 2022, of the “Brotherhood” unit, part of the “Timur Special Forces Unit” of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in obtaining all payments and social benefits provided for by law.
The team of attorneys working on the project includes Partner Yuriy Radzievsky, Partner Andriy Yosipov, Attorney Vadym Kolokolnikov, Attorney Dmytro Zelenyuk, and Legal Assistant Dmytro Hrytsko.
Legal assistance is provided on a pro bono basis.
On December 25, 2022, a sabotage group consisting of Maksym “Nepiypiva” Mykhailov, Yuriy “Svyatosha” Horovets, Taras “Tarasiy” Karpyuk, and Bohdan “Apollo” Lyagov carried out a deep-penetration raid with a secret mission in enemy-controlled territory. Upon encountering Russian troops, the four reconnaissance soldiers refused to surrender and fought to the last.
