Barristers and the International Humanitarian University have signed a memorandum of cooperation!

The Barristers Law Firm continues to implement social initiatives aimed at supporting and developing a new generation of lawyers, as well as generally improving the level of professional training for young people in the legal field. These projects aim to create conditions for the professional growth of young professionals, provide them with access to valuable practical experience, and foster the development of the legal community in Ukraine.

On October 22, 2024, a new milestone was reached in these efforts—Barristers partners, Denis Ponomarenko and Yuriy Zhovtan, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the International Humanitarian University, represented by Rector Konstantin Viktorovich Gromovenko.

The main areas of joint activity were identified as follows
: - Providing students with the opportunity to complete internships at our law firm, which will allow them to gain valuable practical experience in the legal field.
- Conducting career guidance activities among high school students, undergraduates, master’s students, master’s candidates, and doctoral candidates to train highly qualified professionals who can become part of the legal community.
- Jointly organizing legal awareness, research, and educational events aimed at increasing legal literacy and developing the professional competencies of lawyers.
- Providing specialized training for candidates applying for positions offered by the law firm, with the goal of strengthening our team with young, promising professionals.

Barristers’ collaboration with the International Humanitarian University provides future lawyers with new opportunities to acquire practical skills, enhance their legal knowledge, and improve their professional training—all of which are important steps toward building a successful career in the legal field.
