Court Cases:

Defense of a client in a case involving budget funds – Barristers partners Elvira Lazarenko and Yuriy Radzievsky represented the deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration’s Department of Social and Veterans’ Policy in a case involving the alleged misappropriation of 57.7 million UAH. Thanks to the defense’s well-reasoned arguments, the Solomyanskyi District Court denied the prosecutor’s request to remand the client into custody.
