On June 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., an online seminar titled “The Role of State Registrars in a Lawyer’s Practice: Practical Tools of the State Enterprise “NAIS,” organized by the Ukrainian National Bar Association’s Committee on Lobbying and chaired by Oleksiy Shevchuk, partner at Barristers Law Firm and attorney-at-law.
During the event, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the practical aspects of using state registries and electronic services in a lawyer’s daily work, receive guidance on working with the Electronic Digital Signature (EDS), and discover how to use registry data to protect clients’ interests and support legal transactions.

• the use of electronic services provided by the State Enterprise “NAIS” in a lawyer’s professional practice;
• capabilities of the State Register of Real Property Rights;
• working with the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property;
