An officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine turned to Barristers, JSC, for protection of her violated rights.
Specifically, by order of the military unit commander, a decision was made to hold the officer disciplinarily liable, resulting in the forfeiture of her monthly bonus and additional compensation in the amount of 100,000 hryvnias.
