On April 8, a discussion on the current model for reforming the prosecutor’s office in Ukraine took place at the UKRINFORM studio.

The discussion covered issues such as changes in operational standards following the adoption of Ukraine’s new Code of Criminal Procedure in 2012, reducing pressure on businesses from law enforcement agencies, and minimizing corruption risks during pretrial investigations.
Challenges in law enforcement reform: public access and transparency in the activities of law enforcement agencies; reports on the progress of criminal investigations.
