The Barristers team continues to effectively defend the interests of its clients and take action to hold accountable individuals whose actions may pose a threat to national security.
As a reminder, another criminal case against Maryana Bezuhla was previously opened following a complaint by Roman Chervinsky—under Part 2 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (disclosure of a state secret resulting in serious consequences). This concerns the circumstances surrounding the disclosure of information during the Temporary Investigation Commission’s work on the so-called “Wagnergate” case, when, despite the closed-door nature of the hearings, details about the operation and its participants appeared in the public domain. Andriy Yosipov, a partner at Barristers Law Firm, is representing the client’s interests in this proceeding.
