🔷Following the outbreak of full-scale Russian aggression, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine introduced a series of amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, refining the provisions of the Special Part of the Code that establish criminal liability for crimes against the foundations of Ukraine’s national security.
The roundtable discussion “CRIMES AGAINST THE FOUNDATIONS OF NATIONAL SECURITY. CURRENT ISSUES AND JUDICIAL PRACTICE” will be Kostyantyn Hloba, managing partner of the “Barristers” Law Firm.
