Research Advisor, Attorney at Law at Barristers LLC, Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor Mykola Pashkovsky participated in the roundtable discussion “Current Challenges in the Work of the High Anti-Corruption Court,” organized by the High Anti-Corruption Court and the OSCE Project Coordinator, and delivered a presentation titled “Return of the Indictment—Where Is the Line of Perfection?”, in which he examined the specifics of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s practice in ruling on motions to return indictments.
