Sunday Court Hearing: Video Recordings of Statements by the Prosecutor, the Victims’ Representative, and the Defense in the Case of O. M. Korniyenko

On Sunday, December 16, 2018, the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi City and District Court of Odesa Oblast held a Sunday preliminary hearing to consider the indictment against O. M. Korniienko, however, the hearing was devoted exclusively to the prosecutor’s motion to impose a preventive measure in the form of pretrial detention on O. M. Kornienko.
