The Odessa Court of Appeals denied the prosecutor’s appeal against the ruling to return the indictment in the case of O. M. Korniyenko.

June 13, 2019, in the case of O. M. Korniyenko, the Odesa Court of Appeals denied the appeal filed by P. S. Chernov, a prosecutor with the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Local Prosecutor’s Office, against the ruling of the Malynovskyi District Court of Odesa to return the indictment, and denied the prosecutor’s motion to change the preventive measure from house arrest to pretrial detention with respect to Oleksandr Mykhailovych Korniienko.
