We have some wonderful news: one of Ukraine’s top attorneys will be representing Ukrainian businesses! The relevant documents have been finalized and approved, so we can finally share the news!

A meeting of the ICC Ukraine Board of Directors was held, resulting in the decision to appoint Oleksiy Shevchuk to the ICC Ukraine Board of Directors.

ICC Ukraine is the Ukrainian National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, an influential global business organization with unquestioned authority in developing modern rules and standards that govern the conduct of international business.

As a reminder, last year Oleksiy Shevchuk became head of the Business Protection Commission within ICC Ukraine. Under his leadership, Barristers Law Firm was named “Law Firm of the Year” in the field of business protection by the publication “Yuridicheskaya Praktika.”

As a member of the ICC Ukraine Board of Directors, Oleksiy Shevchuk will continue to focus on protecting the businesses and assets of both Ukrainian and foreign companies—but now at a new level—while promoting foreign investment and developing cybersecurity practices.

We wish him success in his new role and in achieving his goals, particularly in strengthening confidence in Ukraine within the international business community as an economically attractive, reliable, and effective platform for investment and business operations.
