“Client Choice: Top 100 Lawyers of Ukraine – 2019” is a nationwide study of the quality of legal services provided by Ukrainian lawyers, aimed at helping corporate lawyers and businesses find and select legal counsel in their respective areas of law in Ukraine.

Denis Ponomarenko, a partner at Barristers Law Firm, has been recognized as a leader in criminal law and procedure by Yuridicheskaya Gazeta in its “100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine” ranking.

The ranking methodology is based on market research conducted in two stages:

STAGE 1 – surveying corporate lawyers and compiling a list of the top 100 lawyers in Ukraine as ranked by clients (corporate lawyers);

STAGE 2 – surveying law firms and compiling a list of lawyers in the specified practice areas as selected by corporate lawyers and law firms.

The ranking is structured on a ranking principle (i.e., without assigning specific positions). After the survey questionnaires are processed, a list of Ukraine’s top lawyers is compiled in alphabetical order.
