Alexander Shadrin, a partner at the “Barristers” Law Firm, will discuss how to properly prepare a complaint to the ECHR, as well as the procedural and technical nuances involved in its preparation. The lecture will take place on April 23 as part of the “ECHR Positions in Criminal Proceedings” module, which is accredited for 8 continuing legal education credits.

During the lecture, Mr. Shadrin will provide a detailed overview of the list of required documents and information for preparing a complaint to the ECHR and will identify the most common mistakes made during the preparation process.
