Oleksiy Shevchuk, a partner at the Barristers Law Firm and spokesperson for the National Bar Association of Ukraine, participated in a roundtable discussion at the LigaBusinessInform press center, dedicated to the presentation of ARMA’s public report on the results of 2024 and the second anniversary of Ms. Olena Duma’s tenure as head of the Agency.

The event was held at the highest level. At the same time, despite the significant results achieved by ARMA —the Asset Recovery and Management Agency—over the past year, there remain many unresolved legislative initiatives which, according to the Agency’s head, Olena Duma, have been submitted to parliament but have not yet been considered.
