From May 19 to 22 (2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.), Legal High School will host a course titled “Defense in Court: Case Proceedings and Appeals.”
During the course, you’ll learn from experts about effective defense strategies, trial tactics, and the nuances of appealing to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
Denis Ponomarenko and Alexander Shadrin, partners at the “Barristers” Law Firm, will discuss which “trump cards” the defense should keep in reserve, how to effectively use the options for appealing verdicts and rulings, as well as the defense’s options regarding the choice of a correctional facility.
Once this special course is accredited by the National Bar Association of Ukraine, you will be eligible to receive 8 continuing legal education credits.
