Partners and attorneys from BARRISTERS, LLC participated in a scholarly and practical discussion titled “Bill No. 9055: Pros and Cons”

On November 8, BARRISTERS LLP partners Denis Ponomarenko and Yuriy Zhovtan, as well as attorney and research advisor at BARRISTERS LLP, Ph.D. in Law, Associate Professor Iryna Hlovyuk, took part in a scientific and practical discussion organized by the Committee on the Protection of Lawyers’ Rights and Guarantees of Legal Practice of the National Bar Association of Ukraine, where issues related to Draft Law No. 9055 "On the Bar and the Practice of Law," as well as bills 9055-1 and 9055-2.
