As members of local community volunteer units and instructors at the Training Center for Volunteer Preparation, attorneys Andrii Yosypov and Viktor Yatsenko provide an “insider’s perspective” on the legal issues related to:

tasks The #Barristers, in collaboration with the Training Center. Volunteer Training continues to provide legal literacy and awareness training to members of volunteer units, offers legal assistance to volunteers regarding compensation for average earnings, and represents volunteers in criminal proceedings in which the alleged crimes are related to the performance of their civic duty.  
We are confident that the legal awareness of members of volunteer units and their understanding of their rights are the key to the successful development of territorial community volunteer units as an integral component in repelling the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
