Legal Protection for the Construction Industry: Advice from Barristers
On October 10, 2024, the Barristers Law Firm, in collaboration with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, held a specialized seminar for representatives of the construction industry on the topic “Business Security When Interacting with Law Enforcement Agencies.”
The event brought together executives from leading companies and legal experts, who discussed current threats to business in the context of inspections and interactions with law enforcement agencies.
The seminar format combined a mini-training session with an interactive discussion. During the event, leading lawyers from the Barristers law firm—Managing Partner Constantine Globa, as well as partners Alexander Tananakin and Andriy Yosipov—provided participants with valuable recommendations on legal protection for businesses. The focus was on key risks specific to the construction industry and on effective strategies for protecting companies from potential unlawful actions by law enforcement agencies.
Participants received practical advice and clear action plans that will help not only protect their businesses from legal threats but also minimize reputational risks. The event provided representatives of the construction industry with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge of legal security and prepare for current challenges and potential threats.
Also during the seminar, Barristers’ Managing Partner Konstantin Globa announced a planned series of similar events in the coming months, where specific aspects of legal protection for businesses in today’s environment will be examined in detail. All interested parties will have the opportunity to participate in future seminars and receive even more relevant recommendations from leading legal experts.
