Partners at the Barristers Law Firm, Oleksiy Shevchuk, Elvira Lazarenko, and Oleksandr Shadrin are representing Ukrainian journalist Svitlana Kryukova before the Administrative Court of Cassation in a case challenging the Decree of the President of Ukraine, which enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to impose sanctions against her.
On March 17, 2025, by order of the Supreme Court, sitting as a panel of judges of the Administrative Court of Cassation, the administrative case brought by Svitlana Kryukova was scheduled for a hearing on April 16, 2025, at 12:30.
We remind you that, in accordance with the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated January 19, 2025, 23 types of sanctions have been imposed on Svitlana Kryukova.
