Today, November 24, 2025, the Kyiv Court of Appeals partially granted the appeal filed on behalf of Dmytro Ryumshyn and reduced the bail amount from 10 million to 8 million hryvnias.
The proceedings regarding motions to extend the preventive measure in the Pechersk Court have concluded. The case will now be transferred to another region of Ukraine, which creates the conditions for a more impartial and objective review of such motions.
We are confident that courts located outside the Pechersk district will pay closer attention to the defense’s position and/or significantly reduce the bail to a level that is actually affordable, or will modify or revoke the pretrial measure.
