The second volume of the proceedings from the International Scientific and Practical Conference, held at the National University “Odessa Law Academy,” titled “Legal Life in Modern Ukraine,” includes an abstract by Iryna Hlovyuk, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor, Scientific Advisor, and attorney at BARRISTERS Law Firm, on the topic: “Problematic Issues in Ensuring Reasonable Timeframes for the Consideration and Resolution of Complaints by an Investigating Judge.”
