The National Bar Association of Ukraine, at the initiative of the Committee on Humanitarian Issues and Creative Initiatives and in cooperation with the Center for Research on the Legal Profession and Law, has published an anthology of poetry by contemporary attorneys. The presentation took place during a meeting of the Ukrainian Bar Council in Kamianets-Podilskyi.
The collection includes works by the winners and participants of the First All-Ukrainian “Lawyers’ Lyre” Contest for attorneys, which took place in the fall of 2020, as well as poems by attorneys who submitted their works for publication.
The poetry collection “Lawyers’ Lyre” consists of five sections: “The Violin Played on the Slopes of Podil” (poems by the contest winners), “In the Heat of the Present” (poems by contest participants), “The Axiom of Happiness” (works by lawyer-poets). The section “In the Colors of Life” features illustrations by lawyers who are also artists. The final section, “Creative Moments,” highlights the NAAU’s exhibitions and creative evenings.
