The meeting was opened by the Committee Chair, Denis Ponomarenko, a partner at Barristers Law Firm, who presented the agenda to those in attendance.

Committee members unanimously approved the decision to hold the annual Y.L. Bronz Forum on Criminal Law and Procedure, which will take place in late August 2026 in Odesa. The event has already become a cherished tradition and a much-anticipated occasion for attorneys from across Ukraine.
