The topic of client communication in the legal profession remains sidelined, despite its relevance. It is not psychologists or sociologists, but lawyers themselves who must establish the rules for such communication.
A single misstep in a relationship with a client can lead to the destruction of an attorney’s impeccable reputation. Therefore, it is important to carefully consider each stage of communication with a client.
