The “Barristers” Law Firm works not only to protect the rights of its clients, but also in the interests of the entire legal community: Following the Code of Criminal Procedure of Ukraine, the second ambitious project of the “Barristers” Law Firm was the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the Practice of Law,” which systematically organizes specific legal positions of the Supreme Court by article.

This is an innovative scholarly and practical work: the case law of the Supreme Court (which includes the case law of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, the Administrative Court of Cassation, the Civil Court of Cassation, the Commercial Court of Cassation, the Cassation Criminal Court), is systematized according to the articles of the Law of Ukraine “On the Bar and the Practice of Law.”

For virtually every article of the Law, legal positions on the relevant issue—as set forth in the rulings of the Supreme Court of each jurisdiction—are presented in both subject-matter (by jurisdiction) and chronological order. Each legal position is accompanied by a QR code that allows users to instantly access the full text of the relevant court decision. The Supreme Court’s case law is current as of July 1, 2020.
