Key Cases
• Defends in a case involving an attempted embezzlement of UAH 336 million in state funds allocated to Ukraine under the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change.
• Defends Viktor Ilchenko in the “Radomyshl Guard” case. According to the investigation, a volunteer from the Radomyshl Guard, who joined the resistance forces in the early days of the full-scale invasion, is accused of intentional murder of one minor and attempted murder of another. The event occurred during the early days of the full-scale invasion in the town of Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region.
• Defends the head of the Central Directorate for Ground Systems Procurement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a case concerning abuse of power during defense procurement in the first months of the full-scale invasion. According to the investigation, the alleged abuses resulted in material damages exceeding UAH 83 million.
• Defends the former head of the State Hydrography Administration in a case involving abuse of office. According to the investigation, alleged abuses during the repair of vessels resulted in material damages exceeding UAH 13 million.
• Defends former officials of JSC AKB “ARKADA” in multiple cases related to the misappropriation of bank management fund assets totaling over UAH 500 million. Some cases have already been closed by the Supreme Court.
• Provided legal defense for Leonid Chernovetskyi in the case concerning the construction of a helipad on Park Road in Kyiv.
