Among Novikov’s clients are Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko, political prisoners in the Russian Federation – Mykola Karpyuk, Stanislav Klykh, Oleksii Chirnii, and Valentyn Vygovskyi.
Another client is Moldovan businessman and politician Veaceslav Platon, who is accused in Moldova of large-scale fraud and money laundering (Articles 190 and 243 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova).
