• Since 2023 – Head of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure at the Bar Council of the Odesa Region;
• From 2017 to 2021 – Head of the Odesa Branch of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Association of Lawyers of Ukraine”;
• 2017 – Became a partner of the Law Association “Barristers”;
• October 2016 – Organized and became a co-founder of the Law Association “Ponomarenko & Partners”. At the same time, was elected by the Board of Partners as the Head (Managing Partner) of the Law Association “Ponomarenko & Partners”;
• 2010 – Passed the exam and received the certificate of the right to practice law No. 1961 dated November 30, 2010;
• June 2007 – Organized and became a co-founder of the Law Firm “Prime Juris”. At the same time, was elected by the Board of Partners as the Managing Partner of the Law Firm “Prime Juris” and held this position until August 2016;
• From March 2006 to May 2007 – Worked at the Law Firm “Yurline”;
• From February 2005 to March 2006 – Worked as a legal consultant at the “ProBono” Legal Clinic of the Odesa National Law Academy.

Denys Ponomarenko was born on February 27, 1986. In 2008 received a master's degree in law with honors from Odesa National Law Academy (today - National University "Odesa Law Academy"). Since 2018, it has become graduate student of the Department of Criminal Procedure of the National University "Odesa Law Academy". Already in 2006-2007 years worked at the law firm "Yurline".
In 2007, he organized and co-founded a law firm of the firm "Prime Juris". In 2010, he took the exam and received it a certificate of the right to engage in advocacy. In 2016, he organized and became a co-founder of the bar Association "Ponomarenko and Partners".
Since the beginning of 2017, he became a partner of the law firm association "Barristers".
