• Since 2023 – Head of the Committee on Criminal Law and Procedure at the Bar Council of the Odesa Region;

• From 2017 to 2021 – Head of the Odesa Branch of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Association of Lawyers of Ukraine”;

• 2017 – Became a partner of the Law Association “Barristers”;

• October 2016 – Organized and became a co-founder of the Law Association “Ponomarenko & Partners”. At the same time, was elected by the Board of Partners as the Head (Managing Partner) of the Law Association “Ponomarenko & Partners”;

• 2010 – Passed the exam and received the certificate of the right to practice law No. 1961 dated November 30, 2010;

• June 2007 – Organized and became a co-founder of the Law Firm “Prime Juris”. At the same time, was elected by the Board of Partners as the Managing Partner of the Law Firm “Prime Juris” and held this position until August 2016;

• From March 2006 to May 2007 – Worked at the Law Firm “Yurline”;

• From February 2005 to March 2006 – Worked as a legal consultant at the “ProBono” Legal Clinic of the Odesa National Law Academy.

Awards:

• 2025 – Included in the ranking “Top 10 Lawyers of Ukraine” in the field of criminal law and procedure according to Yuridychna Praktika;

• 2025 – Included in the ranking “Top 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine” according to the ranking of Yurydychna Gazeta in the field of criminal law and procedure;

• December 19, 2024 – Awarded the Honorary Distinction of the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine “For Strengthening the Rule of Law”;

• 2024 – Included in the “Top 10 Lawyers of Ukraine” in the field of criminal law. Recognized as a market leader in WHITE-COLLAR CRIME according to Yuridychna Praktika;

• December 19, 2023 – Awarded the Order of the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine “OUTSTANDING LAWYER OF UKRAINE”;

• August 2023 – Awarded an honorary diploma of the Odesa Regional Council;

• 2022 – Included in the ranking “Top 100 Best Lawyers of Ukraine” according to the ranking of Yurydychna Gazeta in the field of criminal law and procedure;

• December 15, 2022 – Awarded the 2nd Degree Honorary Distinction of the National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine;

• August 26, 2021 – Awarded by the Orthodox Church of Ukraine the Order of Saint Great Martyr George the Victorious;

• September 24, 2020 – Awarded the Order of Saint Archistrategos Michael II Degree;

• October 2, 2020 – Awarded the title “Lawyer of the Year 2020” in criminal law by the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine, as well as in the nomination “Best Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine” – Odesa Branch;

• October 5, 2019 – Awarded the title “Lawyer of the Year 2019” by the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine in the nominations:
  •  “Best Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Ukraine” – Odesa Branch;
  •  “Best Legal TV Program” – “Zakonni Pidstavy” (“Legal Grounds”);
