- Kyoto Protocol Case
Provides defense in a case involving an attempted embezzlement of state funds allocated to Ukraine under the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (Part 2, Art. 15, Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine was to fund a project to replace incandescent lamps with LED-based lighting fixtures at social infrastructure facilities nationwide. Due to collusion between officials of the State Enterprise “Ukrekoinvest,” responsible for organizing the tender, and several private entities, a little-known LLC “Agrotechbud” was selected as the contractor with a 70% advance payment arrangement. - Radomyshl Guard Case
Provides defense in the “Radomyshl Guard” case (Part 2, Art. 15, Clauses 1, 2, Part 2, Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, Clauses 1, 2, Part 2, Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, a volunteer of the Radomyshl Guard, who joined the resistance forces during the early days of the full-scale invasion, is accused of intentionally killing one minor and attempting to kill another. The incident occurred on March 7, 2022, in Radomyshl, Zhytomyr region. The accused and a serviceman responded to a call to investigate a suspected enemy sabotage and reconnaissance group. Upon discovering individuals in military uniforms hiding in dense thickets, the accused and the serviceman fired warning shots. It was later discovered that bullets fired by the serviceman caused the death of one minor and injured another. - Cooling Systems Case
Defends the head of the Central Directorate for Ground Systems Procurement of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a case involving abuse of official authority during the procurement of cooling system tubes (Part 5, Art. 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, joint intentional actions led to an overpricing of military property by UAH 83,006,716.00. - Hydrography Case
Defends the former head of the State Enterprise “Derzhhidrohraphy” in a case involving abuse of office (Part 2, Art. 28, Part 2, Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, abuses during the repair of three ships of the enterprise caused material damage totaling UAH 13,839,577.73. - Arkada Bank Case
Defends former officials of the “ARKADA” commercial bank in a series of cases related to the misappropriation of funds from construction financing funds (Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). - Helipad Case
Provided defense for Leonid Chernovetsky in the case of constructing a helipad on Park Road in Kyiv (Part 2, Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). - South Ukrainian NPP Case
Defended in a case involving possible misappropriation of funds at the South Ukrainian NPP (Part 5, Art. 27, Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, during 2012-2014, the accused facilitated the success of two commercial structures in tenders for the procurement of switchgear equipment by the nuclear power plant, which resulted in overpriced equipment and losses of UAH 27 million.
