On May 21, Denis Ponomarenko, a partner at the “Barristers” Law Firm, will share his expertise on the procedure for appealing a verdict and the procedural aspects that will be of significant help in preparing for an appeal. The lecture will take place as part of the continuing legal education course “Defense in Court: Case Review and Appeal,” which is accredited for 8 credit points. Mr. Denis will discuss which “trump cards” the defense should keep in reserve and how to encourage the court to read the entire appeal brief.
