Olga Blashchuk and Ivanna Blokhina, attorneys at Barristers Law Firm, defended the client’s rights and legitimate interests during a search

On November 24, 2021, our firm’s attorneys, Olga Blashchuk and Ivanna Blokhina, provided legal assistance to a client during a search of their residence, which was conducted pursuant to a ruling by an investigating judge authorizing the search for and seizure of both documents, cash, as well as mobile terminals, phones, computer equipment, and so on.

The conduct of this investigative action by unauthorized individuals, without written authorizations, was accompanied by numerous other violations of the requirements of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, which our representatives repeatedly pointed out from the very beginning and throughout the entire investigative action.

All comments regarding the identified violations were recorded by the attorneys in the relevant protocol.

As a result of the search, nothing was seized from the Client.
