Attorneys O. Tananakin, Y. Yatsenko, E. Lazarenko, and T. Onishchenko of BARRISTERS, LLC successfully defended the interests of the head of the State Enterprise “Ukrainian ScientificRESEARCH AND DESIGN INSTITUTE OF CIVIL CONSTRUCTION” during the court proceedings regarding 46 reports issued by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption under Parts 1 and 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine.

As a result of the court proceedings in this case, by a ruling of the Holosiivskyi District Court of Kyiv dated November 29, 2018, the proceedings on all reports were dismissed pursuant to Article 247 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, due to the absence of the facts constituting an administrative offense.
