The lawyers at "Barristers" have begun working with mobilized military personnel

Starting on January 16, 2023, attorneys from the “Barristers” Law Firm and instructors from the DGV Training Center—Viktor Yatsenko, Serhii Lankin, Andrii Yosypov, and Vadim Kolokolnikov, together with fellow volunteers from the Kyiv territorial community, began working with mobilized servicemen from one of the reserve battalions of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Specifically, Second Lieutenant (Reserve) Serhii Lankin (Moral and Psychological Support Service) will conduct a session with the defenders of the Fatherland on the basics of the statutes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, while Reserve Second Lieutenant and experienced attorney Vadim Kolokolnikov will discuss the specifics of administrative and criminal liability for military personnel, including for offenses and crimes committed under martial law and in combat situations.
Attorney Viktor Yatsenko will discuss the fundamentals of international humanitarian law, and Andrii Yosypov will cover material and financial support, legal and social guarantees for military personnel, and the protection of their family members. 
In addition, Viktor and Andrii, as high-level athletes, have been enlisted by the military unit’s command to conduct physical training sessions for personnel and to teach individual tactical skills to soldiers.
