The “Barristers” Law Firm announces the successful conclusion of a case defending the rights of a foreign national fighting on Ukraine’s side.
We previously reported that the Kyiv District Administrative Court granted our petition and overturned the decision by the State Migration Service of Ukraine to revoke the immigration permit and annul the permanent residence permit.
Recently, the appellate court reviewed the State Migration Service’s appeal and upheld the lower court’s decision.
Thus, the foreign national defending Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has retained the right to permanent residence in our country.
The “Barristers” Law Firm emphasizes that decisions by state authorities that jeopardize the rights of foreign nationals serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are unacceptable.
